ENGLISH Plastic gears have the advantages of low transmission noise, vibration absorption, self-lubrication, and high efficiency in mold processing. In recent years, the application of plastic gears in the gear industry will become more and more, becoming a worldwide trend.
However, at present, medium and low gear molds can be produced in China, and high-end gear molds rely on imports. There are not many factories specializing in gear molds in China, and most of them are gear molds made by the gear factory. In the application range of gear molds, the demand for plastic gear molds is relatively large, and the market potential is huge.
Relevant experts in the industry have proposed three strategies for future development:
First, accelerate the adjustment of industrial structure; in the future development, the gear mold industry must first pay more attention to the strategic adjustment of its product structure, so that the high-end molds with complex structure and high precision will be developed faster. At the same time, the mold industry should also closely follow the needs of the market to develop. Without the demand for products and the upgrading of products, there will be no technological advancement in the mold industry, and there will be no scale or upper grade of mold products. The level of mold technology determines the quality, efficiency and development ability of new products to a large extent.
Second, accelerate the implementation of industry standards; at present, the processing of gear molds has neither national standards nor ready-made industry standards, especially in the field of plastic gear molds. Technical standards are a relatively open standard, but product standards are difficult to do. Consider the experimental standards, accuracy standards, and standards of test equipment for gear molds.
Third, strengthen the density of cooperation between industries; the development of modern industry is a cooperative relationship, which is equally important for the gear mold industry. This kind of cooperation is first of all direct cooperation in industry research. For example, several universities are studying the gear molds, concentrating the gear industry and the strength of some university research institutions, and doing integrated research and cooperation on process equipment and plastic internal deformation laws.
At the same time, from the perspective of the entire industry, the sound of gear molds is small and spontaneous, and the establishment of relevant professional associations is to change this situation. This is to focus on the discussion and solve the problems in the production of small modulus gears, thus promoting the development of the domestic precision gear mold industry.
In the gear industry, especially the development trend of the plastic gear industry, the domestic response to market changes is not sensitive enough, and supporting research is difficult to keep up with market demand. Domestic precision gear molds still need to be aligned with the development level of the world gear molds.
